VHIA Issues Another Bulletin re Public Holidays - Still fails to get it right PDF Print E-mail
We have had verbal discussions with the VHIA in which there was agreement over the entitlements of members to pay and/or time in lieu for the public holidays over Xmas and New Year. However the latest Bulletin issued by the VHIA to health services fails to correct the errors in the previous bulletin. We will be taking the matter to Fair Work Australia for resolution as soon as possible.
