the Victorian Psychologists Association Inc (VPA Inc) and the Association of Hospital Pharmacists (AHP) website. MSAV, VPA Inc and AHP are component Associations of the Health Services Union (HSU) Victoria No. 4 Branch. MSAV, VPA Inc and AHP are the only unions in Victoria which specifically look after the industrial interests of medical scientists (MSAV), psychologists (VPA Inc) and hospital pharmacists (AHP).

Financial members can register to access restricted content by entering the passphrase under NEW USER REGISTRATION near the bottom of the menu (on the left). Complete the registration form and click the Send Registration button. Approval will take up to 2 working days. The HSU Victoria No. 4 Branch is the federally-registered union which is party to the federal awards and enterprise agreements which govern the terms and conditions of employment of medical scientists, dietitians, audiologists and clinical perfusionists, medical physicists, genetic counsellors, psychologists and hospital pharmacists. These awards and agreements cover medical scientists, psychologists and pharmacists employed in a range of settings in both the public and private sector - in hospitals, community health centres, pathology laboratories and psychological and mental health/psychiatric services. Details of the rates of pay and conditions of employment under these awards and agreements are available in the member-only documents pages. These terms and conditions of employment have been achieved through the collective efforts of the industrial staff and the members of the MSAV, the VPA Inc and the AHP. These terms and condition are not simply conceded by governments and/or employers; they are the result of a long period of hard work, involving hearings before the Australian Industrial Relations Commission/Fair Work Australia and negotiations with individual employers. All medical scientists and psychologists and hospital pharmacists in employment in Victoria benefit from the collective efforts of the MSAV, the VPA Inc and the AHP.
