DOREVITCH PATHOLOGY RESTRUCTURING AGAIN! PDF Print E-mail

The endless cycle of restructuring continues at the Heidelberg laboratory with the Union receiving an Impact statement outlining the proposed relocation of the Heidelberg haematology blood bank service to the Warringal laboratory which will operate 24/7. This is the second restructuring in haematology within the last twelve months.

The Company finds itself hard-pressed retaining skilled scientific staff and the relocation of the blood bank service will have a significant impact on members who could be required to work at two locations.  The Union is scheduled to meet with the management this week to consult over the proposed changes.
