All existing terms and conditions of employment have been maintained, and there is an increase in paid maternity leave to 10 weeks. With the agreement with St John of God Pathology also in place, this leaves Symbion Health Ltd – Dorevitch Pathology and Gippsland Pathology – as the only major provider which has not reached agreement over pay and conditions for scientists and technicians.
