Red Cross Blood Service in Attempt to Undermine Scientists Classification Structure PDF Print E-mail

We understand form members that the Red Cross Blood Service is about to notify scientists of new classifications and ‘job families’ to which they have been allocated by Red Cross HR.

We have repeatedly advised the Red Cross that the classification structure under our enterprise agreement is legally enforceable, and that any attempt by the ARCBS to undermine it will be strenuously resisted by the MSAV and its members. Yet they persist. Watch this space.
