The MSAV has been in consultation with management of St John of God Pathology over organisational change, and the decision to send microbiology specimens from small country laboratories to the Geelong laboratory. Unfortunately this has resulted in a number of redundancies, but we have been able to negotiate the best possible outcomes for members, and in some cases avoid redundancies altogether.
