The health services listed below have not yet returned their classification structure implementation costing survey:

Community Health Centres:

  • Castlemaine District Community Health Limited
  • North Yarra Community Health

Metropolitan Health Services:

  • Eastern Health
  • Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
  • Royal Children's Hospital
  • Victorian Clinical Genetics Services Ltd
  • Western Health (received Dietetics information only)

Regional Health Services:

  • Heywood Rural Health
  • Kyabram and District Health Service
  • South Gippsland Hospital
  • Wimmera Health Care Group

The DHS has set an absolute cut off date of 25 January for surveys to be returned. Any health service failing to meet this date risks loosing funding for increases that result from the new classification structure.

If you work for one of the above health services please talk to your management to ensure the message to return the surveys is pushed to those responsible for this.
