Following on from discussions before Commissioner Gooley at Fair Work Australia, management have provided relevant staff with formal ‘Notice of Representation Rights’ as a part of the process in eventually endorsing a consolidated Collective Agreement which combines the current Award and Collective Agreements at the Red Cross. The Union supports this action as it believes it is the best process for securing our current salaries and conditions at the Red Cross.
