The Union has been advised that Northern Health is looking at introducing a structure which would provide Psychologist oversight both managerially and professionally, for all psychologists employed by Northern Health.  Currently we are advised that psychologists report to the manager of the program in which they work, who may not necessarily be a psychologist.

A Change Impact Statement is to be forwarded shortly. We will organise to meet with members to discuss the changes if necessary.
