The RCH has now conceded that personal leave accumulations have been calculated incorrectly since 2005 for many members. RCH will be adjusting personal leave balances upwards for affected members.

RCH also agrees that the annual leave loading is payable on the fifth week of annual leave accumulated by members who work ordinary hours at weekends. Up until now RCH had not been paying the loading as required by the public sector EBA. Back payments will need to be calculated for affected members.
