Melbourne Pathology and ARCBS Agreements to Go to Vote PDF Print E-mail

Agreement was reached in 2008 and 2009 respectively with the ARCBS and Melbourne Pathology regarding the renegotiation of the previous EBAs applying to scientists. The drafting of comprehensive agreements which incorporate the previous award, previous agreements and the 2008/2009 heads of agreement involved a significant amount of work which has now been completed.

The Melbourne Pathology Agreement and the ARCBS Agreement will now be circulated to scientists for a formal vote, prior to submission to Fair Work Australia for approval.
