The Hokkaido Conference will see 120 Australian trauma specialists gather in Japan at the Rusutso ski resort for 5 days in January 2008.

An exhausting 4 hours a day will be spent on conference activities - 7.15am to 9.15am, and 4.30pm to 6.30pm. As Crikey says – “The rest of the day, presumably, has been left open for self-directed learning in a range of environments, which, conveniently, cater for all technical competencies” - : and perhaps for a little personal engagement with, or avoidance of, snowfields trauma. Of course bookings include ski passes.
