As previously advised, we are waiting for final confirmation from the Department of Health that the funding of the translation of positions into the new classification structures for scientists, dietitians, perfusionists, psychologists and pharmacists will be made available to health services covered by the Public Health Sector (Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2008-2011. We anticipate that the approval will be confirmed this week.

Once the funding is confirmed we will send out a special Stat Report with details of the variations to the agreement, and the voting process.

Note: The funding will only flow to health services once the agreement has been varied and approved by FWA. This will require a vote by those covered by the agreement. Reclassifications will not take place until the funding has been provided.
