Joomla! offers Web 2.0 interactive features such as forums, blogs, polls, FAQs, RSS feeds and the ability for registered users to upload content and links from any web browser anywhere. Financial members who register will also be able to access restricted areas of the website with extra menus and documents that appear when you are logged in.

Most of the menu items on the new website will be familiar. The exception is Documents, where you will find Forms, Stat Reports and most of the documents you would expect to find in the Members Area such as Awards, Agreements and Wage rate sheets.

We currently have over 1200 members who can access the Members Area of our website. Unfortunately there is no easy way to transfer all those registration details (name, username, password and email address) across to the new website, so we will have to ask everyone to register again. (Apologies to members who have only recently been granted access to the previous Members Area.)
