Implementation of New Classification Structures

Public health services will be circulating copies of the updated public sector EBA which incorporates the new classification structures in the week beginning 4 July 2011. Staff should also be advised of the voting procedure, and provided with details of the changes. Note that the variation also incorporates some corrections to the EBA.

As previously advised, it is critical that the amended EBA is voted up at all workplaces to ensure that it applies to all members and all public sector employers.

Following feedback from members, the grouping criteria for dietetics departments has been inserted into the Agreement. The final version of the Agreement is available on the website in Documents>Campaigns>EB2007

Meetings of members have been scheduled to discuss the new structures.
