Reminder: VPA AGM & Professional Development Seminar PDF Print E-mail

The VPA AGM will be held on Thursday, 5 October 2011 at The Treacy Centre, 126 The Avenue Parkville (Parking available) at 12 noon (Registration) for 12.30 pm (Refreshments) to be followed by the AGM at 1.00 pm and the P D Seminar at 1.45 pm.

Dr Fran Shawyer: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Recurrent Depression

Dr Neil Thomas: Acceptance and Mindfulness Based Therapies with Psychotic Disorders

Our speakers are both prominent clinician researchers in this topical field. The program will include a plenary discussion on the application of 'third wave' therapies in public health.
