MSAV Set to Take Melbourne Health to Court over Redundancies in Pathology PDF Print E-mail

The MSAV believes that Melbourne Health are in breach of the 2008-2011 Public Sector enterprise agreement, and the current Public Sector Employment Standards, by refusing to pay redundancy packages to scientists made redundant through the loss of the Western Health contract.

This matter is now headed to the Federal Court.
