We have written to Commissioner Cribb asking for a conference with the VHIA and the DoH to be convened regarding the failure of public health services to implement the new classification structures. It was agreed that implementation would occur by 30 September 2011. We understand the problem to be the failure of the Department of Health to release funding to the health services.
