Federal Court Action: HSU v Specialist Diagnostic Services Pty Ltd & Anor PDF Print E-mail

Matter No. VID 105 of 2011

The Union has initiated action against SDS Pty Ltd, which trades as Dorevitch Pathology, for breach of the enterprise agreement covering scientists employed by Dorevitch in Victoria.

The matter went to mediation at the Federal Court on Tuesday this week. As no settlement was reached at mediation, the matter will now proceed to trial.
