Dorevitch and Gippsland Pathology EBAs |

As a consequence of the uncertainty re the merger of Healthscope and Symbion, negotiations over the renewal of the Dorevitch certified agreement (EBA) and the Gippsland Pathology certified agreement (EBA) have been deferred. (Gippsland Pathology is owned by Dorevitch/Symbion). As these two agreements pre-date WorstChoices they will remain in force until replaced by a new agreement. The final increase of 1.5% under the Dorevitch agreement is payable from the first pay period after 1 July 2007. The current Dorevitch agreement provides that the first increase under the new agreement will be paid in December 2007.
