Did you know that in the public sector your employer MUST provide a Union Notice Board in each Department where scientists, dietitians, audiologists, perfusionists, physicists, genetic counsellors, pharmacists or psychologists are employed?

The current Public Sector Agreement states:

A notice board for the Union’s use should be established in each department in which persons eligible to be members of the Union are employed

We have been contacted by job representatives who have advised us that either there is no notice board in their department and/or that management were removing Union notices.

It is extremely important that we are able to communicate with members regarding the progress of the EBA negotiations in the public sector.

Please contact the office if there is no Union notice board in your Department and we will contact management and ensure that a notice board is provided – and ensure that Union notices are not removed by management.
