We have been negotiating with Epworth for several months. The outstanding matters are the classification structure for psychologists and sleep scientists, single day absences on sick leave, and the quantum of salary increases over the life of the agreement.

We have opened a bargaining period with Epworth, and will apply for a postal ballot re protected industrial action if matters are not resolved in January 2008.
