Studies of union elections have shown that postal ballots not returned within the first three days of the balloting period have a low return rate. Therefore if you have not already done so, vote “Yes” and return your ballot paper to the AEC today. At the very latest, it must reach the AEC by 15 January.

Members at eight major health services are being balloted. For these ballots to succeed, more than 50% of persons eligible to vote at each site must vote and of those, more than 50% must vote “Yes”.
