CONCILIATION IN THE AIRC HAS FAILED TO RESULT IN ANY FURTHER PROGRESS in the response on wages, operative date and classification structure. The Minister for Health is still in his bunker.

It seems apparent from the continued lack of progress over the last 7 months that there is only one way to get attention.  This is the same method used by nurses, police, and teachers in the same fight against an intractable wages policy which is not linked with any proper study of professionals in Victorian public sector services.

WHY? – BECAUSE YOU ARE WORTH IT!
