HEALTHSCOPE GIVES UP THE FIGHT FOR SYMBION PDF Print E-mail
Healthscope has withdrawn from the fight with Primary Health to take over Symbion Health, and will sell its Symbion shares. This means that Primary Health will succeed in taking over Symbion Health, including Dorevitch Pathology in Victoria and Albury. We continue to monitor developments. It could be a while before we are able to reopen negotiation over the Dorevitch collective agreement which expired in 2007.
