Members at ARCBS met yesterday and demanded that the ARCBS take the provocative draft agreement off the table. The ARCBS proposal is an attack on existing EBA entitlements which will not be countenanced. The ARCBS needs enter into genuine discussions with the MSAV Negotiating Committee. The protected industrial action ballot for members at the ARCBS opens next week. Members need to ensure they send their completed voting paper back to the AEC immediately with a YES vote.
