Epworth has managed to insult all our psychologist, sleep scientist and dietitian members by offering them a salary increase over 4 years which is 2% less than Epworth has offered nurses. Clearly the offer from Epworth is unacceptable. We will be arranging meetings of members next week. It is hard to understand where Epworth is coming from, given that it likes to see itself as an ‘employer of choice’. Any members thinking of taking up a position at Epworth should contact our offices.
