We have again been called in by members to assist them in resolving a large number of issues which have arisen from understaffing. Chief amongst them is the bio-chemistry roster which has been significantly changed without consultation with members. This new roster removes flexibility, increases the incidence of night and evening shift and spreads shift work to scientists who have never before been required to do it. Several grievances have been notified under the EBA.
