Negotiations have hit a wall as the ARCBS is intent on slashing award conditions and stalling a settlement. This anti-union behaviour has been unanimously rejected by members. We have provided the ARCBS with our full wage claim and a draft Heads of Agreement (HOA) in line with the public sector outcome and asked that members receive pay increases on signing of the HOA. No response has been received In the event that ARCBS continue to delay the process; we shall be seeking the assistance of ALL members by making an application to conduct a secret ballot for taking protected industrial action.
