Has had difficulty this week remembering the meaning of procedural fairness and natural justice. We remind members that where allegations are raised against any member:
1) You have a right to be given all the information about allegations before responding 2) You have a right to be represented by the Union in meetings with HR / management 3) You have a right to reply to allegations put to you in full before decisions are made about discipline and to have your reply taken into account. Don’t forget your rights – we have fought for them!
