The MSAV and Cabrini negotiating teams have been meeting to discuss terms for a new EBA – progress has been made on a number of items.  Cabrini has made an offer of 3.25% increases annually from 1 Oct 07.  This offer would mean that rates dip below the public sector for a portion of each year and is unacceptable.  It would also mean that wage trade offs for ADOs would be absorbed.  We have asked Cabrini to do better.
