The MSAV negotiating group met this week to consider a revised offer from ARCBS. It was felt that although the offer was a significant improvement on those made previously, it still treats ARCBS scientists as second class citizens in comparison with their colleagues in the rest of the public sector and was not acceptable in its current form. A detailed response is being sent this week.
