Notwithstanding that response, pathology management at Austin and Eastern have notified staff that Austin Pathology and Eastern Pathology are to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding in relation to pathology services. We are waiting for the required notification under the organisational change clause of our agreements with Austin Health and Eastern Health, and as requested in our letter of 12 months ago.
