Members are reminded that they must notify the Union of any incident that could give rise to a claim against them for professional negligence arising in their work. This includes notification of incidents involving errors in diagnostic testing or errors in interpretation.

The Incident Form is available from the website or from the office.

Please note that only financial members of the MSAV and the VPA are covered by the Union’s Professional Indemnity insurance policy. If you have not paid your Union dues for 2008-2009 please do so as soon as possible to ensure continuity of cover.
