Work has resumed on drafting the new enterprise agreement. This is a protracted process given the length of the draft document. It is however essential to secure the legal entitlements of members. We are hopeful that the document will be ready to put to ballot by early March. A major challenge for this year will be conducting the review of specified classifications which was one of the outcomes of last year’s Agreement. It is a term of the Agreement that the review will be concluded by 30 June 2009.To view a list of the classifications to be reviewed, log on to the members only pages of our web site, go to “Documents” and click on Public Health Sector (Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists) Heads of Agreement 2008. The list is located at clause 9.
