The Union has been notified of proposed changes as a result of a review “looking at ways to improve the flow of work” currently being undertaken at the Heidelberg Microbiology Department.

A members meeting will be held to discuss any proposed changes once ‘we have received an impact statement. Dorevitch Pathology has an obligation and duty under the current agreement to consult with us prior to the introduction of any changes. Any member who is being pressured to change their hours of work should contact us immediately.
