We have successfully obtained backpay for a member at Austin Health who had been underpaid oncall, 10 hour break and shift allowances. The member received in excess of $40,000 in backpay.

In addition, the member had been placed on fixed term contracts, in breach of our public sector agreement. That has been rectified and the member is now on an ongoing contract.
