We have been notified that healthecare Australia has recently entered into a sale agreement to purchase Vaucluse Private Hospital in Brunswick. We expect to enter into discussions with healthecare over transmission of business issues affecting members at Vaucluse once the date of transfer of ownership is confirmed.
