We have almost completed the massive task of drafting the new public sector enterprise agreement, which combines the provisions of the public sector award, the 1997 agreements, the 2000 agreements, 2004 agreements and the 2008 Heads of Agreement. In addition, the provisions of the organizational change agreements between the Union and the major metropolitan health services have been included.

Once the new agreement has been finalized, it will need to be made available to everyone covered by the agreement, and will need to be formally voted on.
