The Union has had to intervene at Western Health and Dorevitch Pathology (again!) to assist members where the employer has decided to unilaterally alter their part time conditions of employment without agreement. Under both private and public sector awards, any variation to a part time employee’s, days, hours of work, start and finishing times must be by mutual agreement.
