We are still trying to get DHS Mental Health Branch to establish a working party to address this outstanding matter. We have raised the matter in the AIRC and are waiting a response from DHS. This is unfinished business arising out of the settlement of the public sector agreement in June 2008. It is proving extremely difficult to get DHS and the VHIA to the negotiating table.
