HEALTHSCOPE TAKES OVER ARL PATHOLOGY PDF Print E-mail
Healthscope has announced its acquisition of ARL Pathology. Staff employed at ARL will have their employment transferred to Clinical Laboratory P/L, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Healthscope. Clinical Laboratory P/L is the employer of the scientists at Gribbles (which is a trading name).
 
When the scientists move across to Clinical Laboratory P/L on 14 September 2009 they will come under the Gribbles/Healthscope agreement. We will be meeting with members employed by ARL to discuss issues which may arise in the transmission.
