If you are a part time worker in the public sector who works variable shift lengths and or shifts of less than 8 hours we would like to know how your pay is calculated when you are rostered off on a public holiday. We have a dispute on foot with Southern Health which has the capacity to affect other sites as well. To assist you in getting paid correctly we need as much information as possible.
