Drafting of the public sector agreement has been completed and we are in the checking phase. DHS is preparing a discussion paper on private practice rights for psychologists in the public sector which should be available at the end of September. Negotiations over the new classification structures stalled while we have been finalising the agreement, and will be resuming soon. We will keep members informed of progress.
