Austin Health has notified a dispute over refusal of scientists to alter status quo arrangements of rosters in favour of a new roster. The matter proceeds to the AIRC on Thursday at 10:00am for conciliation along with our own dispute notification about transfer of tests from Northern Health without consultation with staff in breach of previous written assurances, organisational change agreements and our existing EBA – All interested members welcome.
