We were in Fair Work Australia on Tuesday this week after we notified a dispute under our agreement with the Alfred over the failure to set up proper consultative processes and provide relevant information about the reorganisation of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. Talks in FWA were successful in establishing a proper consultation process.
